Speed to stand out.

Join the journey of speed.

  • Develop it.

We’re all about speed. We want each athlete not only develop their speed, but to apply it to their sport. The first step is to develop it. Their are many components to becoming a faster athlete to gain speed that will enhance your performance. In developing speed we must pursue improvements in the different components that are essential in developing speed. Each athlete can improve their speed by improving one or many components. Athletes who display strength may see improvement by becoming more “springy” or in other words increase the elasticity of their tendons. Athletes that strong and springy may need to work on technique or mobility. Their are many components of speed and often athletes are lacking in one or multiple components that can help improvement in speed.

  • Monitor it.

Consistent, accurate, monitoring will guide our pursuit of speed. Each athlete will participate in weekly speed testing using highly technological laser timing gates. Using timing gates allows for maximum accuracy and often enhances the athlete’s motivation ensuring the training will be purposeful. Weekly objective measurements also give accountability to both athlete and coaches and serves as a map to direct the training.

  • Share it.

Athletes will be invited to join a community of speed. Universal Speed Rating will allow each athlete to see how their own weekly speed measurements compare to athletes all over the world.
